MGNLCMNT-56 brings support for gravatar. But it support only http. info.magnolia.module.commenting.util.CommentingElFunctions use [mystery-man|http://www.gravatar.com/avatar/00000000000000000000000000000000?d=mm&f=y] image as default and doesn't allow change this value.
We should add support for https, support rating (g, pg, r, x), add 404 into Default images (enum identifier can't start with a number, so we'd need a constructor to pass the code or something), support custom default image, support different size of image.
