Description: For modality level of SHELL.
ModalityCurtain does not extend to bottom of UI.
In fact the entire overlay seems to be shifted up the number of pixels as is assigned to the overlay child top value - in this case 60px.

.overlay.shell .overlay-child{
  top:60px;
}

The wierd thing is that if in chrome web inspector, you disable and renable that top:60px value, then everything is rendered mostly correctly.

 only affects webkit. see attachment
