To reproduce bug:
* Open a message in pulse so you have the message view.
* Close the pulse / or switch to another shell app.
* Open the pulse again.
* The message view is still open, which is correct,
* But while it is transitioning - the rendering is bad - the actionbar is not displayed, Message title is in the wrong place, Back to messages button is in the wrong place.
* Suddenly when transition is done - rendering snaps to perfect.
After watching CSS in firebug - I think the problem is the result of the
horizontal layout
horizontallayout (MessageViewImpl)
not running its layout routine until the transition is finished.
While incorrectly rendered:
Element v-horzontallayout-message-detail > v-expand has padding-left:0px instead of 270px.
Element v-horzontallayout-message-detail > v-expand > v-slot has margin-left:0px instead 0f -270px.
