- instead of static config as servlet param
- so that UIProvider is not instantiated by Vaadin and can use IoC as well, without ending up registering that UIProvider twice (one through servlet param, one through injection)
- so that we don't have to parse the list of UIProviders, type-checking to get the desired instance to set the configured definitions
