I didn't back up the database but I started with a fresh DB and now when I log in as superuser/superuser and try to create and activate a user for a developer I get the issue 'cannot retry due to redirection, in streaming mode on magnoliaPublic8080'. I've set the baseURL and activate url to the hostname of our instance but this hasn't helped any and I can't figure out what's going on.
