Description:

The widgetset cannot be extended currently so that developers bring their own widgets. To sum it up:
- We put the widgetset id in configuration, as well as the theme name
- We use a new "aggregating" widgetset at bundle level, and only GWT:compile there
- i.e. widgetset in magnolia_ui is no longer gwt:compiled, giving some relief to developers and hopefully hudson too
- We try to get rid of dependencies from widgets to vaadin-integration, api
