Cannot reproduce reliably.
* Sometimes happens after closing a dialog.
* Sometimes happens after clicking the browser page reload button.
* Sometimes happens on the very first time you open an app after restarting.
The ui in the subapp does not respond to mouse movement or clicks, ie, nothing hilights on rollover and the mouse cursor does not change to pointer.
UI above the subapp is still responsive.
Opening and closing shell app fixes the problem.
Assumption: problem is that "modal curtain" from a dialog is not properly disposed of.
NOTE:
I just had this happen and in firebug noticed that the dom element:
v-app-preloader is still hanging round.
in front of v-shell-tab.
