Description:

The language selector field in the user dialogs show a list of 4 languages that are configured under the security app @ security-app/dialogs/user/form/tabs/user/fields/language/options.
But this list should actually be taken from the global configuration for languages for the ui: @ /server/i18n/system/languages
Note that /server/i18n/content/locales is for languages of the web content. And therefore does not apply here.
