This is probably related to having the wrong content dependency version in the build.

When selecting a page and clicking Delete action:
A red banner for an error appears and when visiting the error:
"An error ocurred while executing the action."
"Could not instantiate action class for action: confirmDeletion"

Stack trace shows:
