ui-framework has a generic renameFolder dialog that most actions reference. Secuirty app redefines this dialog. This means the keys must be translated twice.
The secuirty app dialog "renameFolder" should go away and the actions should reference the ui-framework one.
The dialog keys in the security app messages bundle should be deleted.
