Description:

With a browser subapp that defines a root path different than root, e.g. /company/ in data workspace, all node paths are displayed relative to that root, most importantly in location fragment, but also in status bar for example.
However, detail subapps currently don't support a different root path. Currently we would have to prepend the workbench root path to the new detail location, but then:
- visible item path may look inconsistent to the user across subapps
- basic workspace root path is visible in location, which we may want to keep hidden
