This issue reappeared, this time within the zip upload dialog.
Button inner width is 0 when opening the dialog, it doesn't adjust according to its caption.
This is not caused by any CSS rule in particular, as soon as one fiddles with CSS rules in browser debugger, width is recalculated just fine.
