Hello All,

We have just started to look at creating custom modules using Magnolia. We have
setup a new Blossom-based project as per the excellent resources on the
Confluence wiki
http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS/Getting+started+with+Blossom

Using that as a template, we have used the Blossom samples to populate it.

However, we're a little unclear on the best way to develop against it, so we
can view both the public and author instances. We're familiar with using Maven
overlays and the advantages/disadvantages it brings, so I would be keen to hear
from others on how they develop custom modules. We have a fairly large team
consisting of frontend and backend developers, so I'd also like to hear from
anyone who has a similar team structure.

We have those that are using IntelliJ as well as Eclipse users.

I'm a newbie to Magnolia, so please excuse me if this has come up before.

Thanks,

Dec
