When the input field is too wide - it "expands" the width for all the input fields - resulting in all fields going off the screen so one cannot see the right side of them.
All fields should wrap text. Fields should have a constrained width.
For example - look at the contact form in the page editor. The field that is too wide is the

Note this means that info buttons are not accessible.
