Change By: Eric Hechinger (03/Dec/13 12:29 PM) Description: Add a better LinkControl migration task.  This linkControl migration has to be able to set custom app name and target workspace based on the tree and repository values.  Set: - targetWorkspace to, the repository/tree property value if the corresponding workspace exist. Else set this value to 'data' - appName to the concatenation of the targetWorkspace and 'App'   - Add warn log to inform the user to check the link field in case of doubt
