This might be a topic more specific to STK, or the integration therewith. Templates of other modules (forum, comments, etc) could use links to "profile pages" of users.
* page takes parameter to identify user (?userId=roman)
* suggested content components:
** text&image (profile photo + about me)
** image gallery
** embedded Video
** contact
** ...
