Christoph Meier updated MGNLUI-2284 Hidden field type does not create property for storing data Change By: Christoph Meier (11/Dec/13 10:32 AM) Description: When using the [Hidden|http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS/Hidden] field in a dialog nothing is saved.  Steps to reproduce: # Add a hidden field to a dialog as outlined in the documentation # Open a page which uses the dialog, edit something using the dialog, save it. # Look in the JCR browser for the hidden field. No  node exists for it  new property to store the content from the hiddenField has been created .
