to reproduce
- Open Pages App
- create any new page
- delete it immediately (has never made it to the public instance hence)
-> it's still shown but as "deleted page"
In order to make it disappear you have to select "Publish deletion" which is somehow irritating I'd say. Especially when you're using ee and have to use workflow then to finally get rid of that new unpublished page
