Description:

Show an unobtrusive help icon next to fields with descriptions. On click, reveal the field description in an embedded info message, as is done currently. Another click hides the description again.
When the field description is visible, the help icon of that field should become the blue icon we have currently ("become obtrusive").
There's icon work pending that will likely help us define the unobtrusive icon: see here.
