Description: Introduction of "Jcr-agnostic-content-app" includes some changes which require to move some configuration within conten-apps. 
 Migration includes (currently):
- {{ChangeAvailabilityRuleClassesTask}}
- {{MigrateAvailabilityRulesTask}}
- {{MigrateJcrPropertiesToContentConnectorTask}}

 Make sure that migration works also when somebody comes from 4.5,
