Aleksandr Pchelintcev updated MGNLUI-2787 Re-consider usage of MGWT in AdminCentral. The patch removes MGWT dependency with minimal changes - the used packages from library are extracted, *.gwt.xml: descriptors are adapted inherits are added platform resolving properties are sanitized in order to cause less permutations that we don't need.
