Description:

Light dialogs should show a fast "popup" animation when opening and closing.
See "fade in & scale" [on this site:http://tympanus.net/Development/ModalWindowEffects/], but without darking the background.
The duration should be very short as light dialogs are supposed to be feeling "light" and thus should not take much time to appear and to disappear.
