Description: NOTE: This was fixed in MGNLTAGS-23.

 All other modules use the convention of lowercased/dashed names and the module name should correspond to the artifactId. Would be nice to also have that with this module.

Updates required:
- Module descriptor
-- Bootstrap folders
- Bootstrap files
- Package names
- Module class name (although this could very well be {{TagSnippetManager}}
- Template folder & names
