We want to help you here, but you are going to have to be a bit more 
structured/patient with the feedback.

When serious issues arise with Enterprise Customers we have Services and 
Support teams that do their best to assist. When issues arise with CE, we try 
our best to help - but given time restrictions etc. it is not always possible. 

Here's the deal. We take all feedback very seriously - but you've got to do 
your part too:  

State: 

1 - Goal you are trying to obtain.
2 - Steps and tools you took to get there
3 - Issues encountered. 
4 - Efforts to resolve them. 

If we cannot provide a solution immediately - you can be almost certain that 
our very cool community will. 

And if you do find a solution, please tell us. That way you increase the 
knowledge base of Magnolia CMS - and other community users will be very 
grateful.
