* Do not forget to touch base with the owner of STK Christopher
* Do not forget to do the change both in CE and EE prototypes: main.ftl, add prototype areas, area FTL, and set class for areas, area model
* Do not forget to update (and test) STK's version handler
* Do not forget to
update (and test) tags version handler no longer to make modifications
* Do not forget to
change module dependencies of both STK and Tags so that STK depends on Tags rather than vice versa
* Do not forget to
update (and test) tags version handler no longer to make modifications

delete the extra bootstrap XML files from tags
* Do not forget to delete the FTL and JS templates from tags
