Description:

Form tabs are now included in the tab order since MGNLUI-2876. I remember I saw that they were marked by a blue outline.
However, in my recent tests with the latest snapshot eebundle, they are no longer:
- FF just shows a dotted line, which is sometimes not drawn
- Safari shows a blurred blue outline
