Description:

To reproduce in IE 11 on Windows 7:

  1. Open Contact App
  2. New user
  3. Save without entering anything
  4. Notice individual field error highlights no longer display
  5. Click next error in the error bar on top
  6. Type something in the name field
  7. Click next error, notice it does not go to the next error
