Duplication of components should be possible for the end user in the page editor because this would minimize the effort for the customer.
Types of duplication:
1.) Copy a component within a page (and keep it on this page).
2.) Copy a component and place it on a different page.
The customer wishes to have both possibilities with a focus on 1.)
