(might exist in older version, but this is the one where I found it).
When one user registers an app in app launcher while other tries to open app launcher at the same time, one of them ends up with exception (stack trace attached).
Please note that this issue is not easy to reproduce as it doesn't happen always. The more apps are registered the easier it is to reproduce (I had 35 in edit group when I saw it)
