Hi,
We are planning to upgrade our CMS version from 4.5.3 to 5.x (can you please let us know which is the latest stable version?).
We are basically looking for any document which talks about the roadmap/best practices to follow when considering and actually performing the upgrade, something which can give us an idea on the following parts;
1) Planning the upgrade (Hardware requirements etc.)
2) Performing the upgrade
3) Post upgrade tasks
Also, after creating a support ticket, i am not able to add any comments to the issue/ticket, which hampers my ability to interact with the support team for any responses/questions etc. Looks like the commenting ability is disabled for me?
