Description:

In Internet Explorer 8 the selection on checkboxes is almost invisible. It looks like the checkboxes should get a different design through an icon, but it is not taken and instead is covering the real checkbox.
The example below is from a simple content app, but I was able to reproduce this behavior in the config app as well.
