Gediminas Zalys updated an issue   Magnolia Public User Registration / MGNLPUR-155 Documentation support on PUR Change By: Gediminas Zalys So i am struggling on number of things related with PUR module, i have read [Public User Registration module| https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS/Public+User+Registration+module] documentation, but still have the following questions: * When testing this on local setup on author instance, it never behaves the way you expect(if login is successful i get logged out and presented with the pretty  magnolia  and  green  magnolia  login page, where i have to login as super user , as my user doesn't have the permissions to see this page ... ) , how to fully test this on local environment?  * How to define the list of pages that could only  be accessible once you have logged in?  * There is no example in the documentation if STK is not used, so i created my own templates in my own module, however the actions for forms such as login and register seem to be fixed, how to change these actions?  ** I need to change this actions so my [configuration|https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS/Public+User+Registration+module#PublicUserRegistrationmodule-Configurationresolver]  gets picked up, but when i change the action URL the servlet never gets mapped.  ** which servlet actually handles the requests for PUR module? * Is it possible that all the forms in PUR module return a JSON object instead of HTML/TEXT so i can manipulate the data using _javascript_/ajax/jQuery etc? **  Maybe there are some examples available for pages that are purely HTML 5, that are not using any JSP,FTL or JSF but only _javascript_, HTML and Java as a backend?    * Is it possible to overwrite the servlet so i can use spring controllers for all the URL mapping and just invoke the PUR module services in order to perform login, register etc...  * During registration user is always set to be disabled even though the strategy is "Never", see class DefaultUserRegistrar line 156 (thats from my decompiler, so the line number in source code might be different): see code snipet below : {code} user = uman.setProperty(user, "enabled", "false"); // we disabled registered by default. The RegistrationStrategy will eventually fix this.  {code} * And just to make this jira issue more interesting, how would i integrate facebook/google login?  Any help to any of the above questions is appreciated!  Add Comment   This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.4.7#64022-sha1:4cb2968) ---------------------------------------------------------------- For list details, see: http://www.magnolia-cms.com/community/mailing-lists.html Alternatively, use our forums: http://forum.magnolia-cms.com/ To unsubscribe, E-mail to: <dev-list-unsubscr...@magnolia-cms.com> ----------------------------------------------------------------
