Priority: Major Reporter: Sastry Kuppa 1. Author & Public instances are up and running fine. 2. We've bootstrapped the activation publicKey on author instance via the config xml. 3. Everytime we restart, the keys seem to be expiring. 4. We tried to generate the key in activation tools and pasted it in the author public-key. Did 5. not work. 6. We tried to generate the key in activation tools and pasted it in the public instance publicKey - this works. 7. But after couple of hours, the pairing seems to be lost and we had to do the above step again. This is occurring even without a restart. Please let us know - 1. If we are doing anything wrong with above steps. 2. What is the best practice to get the author & public paired without corrupting for every restart of the server. Enclosed 2 logs : Step1_log is the trace occurring after Step#3 above. Step2_log is the trace occuring after Step#4 above.
