I submitted patches [url=https://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MGNLCAS-15]MGNLCAS-15[/url] and [url=https://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MGNLCAS-16]MGNLCAS-16[/url] for the service url and logout url changes mentioned above.
I don't think that [url=https://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MGNLCAS-6]MGNLCAS-6[/url] is possible in Magnolia 5. All links within Admin Central only modify the url fragment, which does not get sent to the server. So, there will never be a url to redirect to other than admin central, which is where you land after logging in anyway. The one problem I am seeing is when you click on a plain old http link inside a page you are editing. If your session dies prior to clicking on the link, then the CAS login screen is displayed in the page's iframe. If you then proceed to login from within that iframe, admin central is displayed in the iframe.
