Not so unique.. It is quite hard to generate the same UUID twice so I guess you copy-pasted a little too much. 2015-09-22 13:47:18,054 ERROR info.magnolia.module.InstallContextImpl : [408/841 tasks - form2db-app Magnolia Module (version 1.1.0)]> Error while installing or updating form2db-app module.
