To reproduce: Edit a Text & Image component such as on /travel/about/company Expand the rich text field so it takes maximum available vertical space. Change the content entry language using the dropdown in the dialog actions. Result: Dialog is split visually in two parts: fields are at the top, then a gap, and actions at bottom. The issue is not limited to the Pages app. Can be reproduced in the Tours app too.
