Mark Nottage created an issue   Configuration Forms / CONFORM-7 Export/Import of config form does not duplicate all form elements in target environment Issue Type: Support Request Assignee: Aleksandr Pchelintcev Created: 01/Jul/17 1:10 AM Environment: Author node host OS: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.4, Linux wwwcmsauth01-sc9.virginam.com 2.6.32-358.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Jan 29 11:47:41 EST 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux Magnolia version 5.2.2 Java version 1.7.0_25 Apache Tomcat 7.0..42 Jackrabbit 2.6.4 Priority: Major Reporter: Mark Nottage Our workflow for migrating the config from source to target environment is as follows: select config page on source Author node, and "export" (to .xml file) open pages on target Author node rename existing "config" to a new filename, e.g., "old-config.20170630" "import" config.xml restart tomcat services on target Author node Problem description by end-user, describing missing config content is as follows: The entire feature is missing in prod. The section in the picture titled 'Last Available Date' should be at the top of the page and it is not there. Below that heading there should be a green section that says 'LASTAVAILABLE' which is missing. If that was there and you clicked on it, there should be an option to 'Add component' in the right sidebar. After clicking 'Add component' you should be able to select '[VX] Last Available' and the [VX] LAST AVAILABLE component should appear under the green 'LASTAVAILABLE' heading. From there, you should be able to click the edit icon and edit these fields: Last Available Date Banner Booking Title Banner Booking Text Banner Manage Title Banner Manage Text I cannot access any of this functionality in the prod authoring environment so I will not be able to update any of this information from my end.
