One question about the release and the bootstrapping:
- am I right, the release goal is not longer valid ?
- do we make a config/magnoliaAuthor and config/magnoliaPublic
configuration directory?
that's true only for svn trunk, everything is absolutely unchanged in
the 2.1 branch.

- how can I merge the bootstrap files from common and author (looks
like I can pass only one directory in the properties)?
You can't yet (always on trunk), I am going to commit some changes to
the bootstrapper in order to allow a comma separated list of
directories instead of a single one.
Sounds great: this would allow a identical war file for magnoliaPublic
and magnoliaAuthor.
Makes life easier ;-)
