So I guess there is no general "use this editor control" property, to
make my editor the default one.
I sow in DialogManager that the fckEditor is somehow hardcoded instead
of reading a default preferred editor. So if I want to change my editor
in magnolia I have to do a lot of control type changing.

You have to change the "controlType" property of your dialog

config:/modules/templating/dialogs/samples/mainColumn/textImage/tabText/text/controlType
to change it for one of the sample paragraphs.
