Activation does not work properly

Active a node or a subnode from author to public instance.
Then deactivate it to change its content.
Activate it again and you'll not find the node.
I also try to restart webapps but nothing changes.
Note: Affected version 2.1.6-SNAPHOT build from svn version 2524.
