Found it! If the file is in jspx (like the js/admincentral.jsp) the
default content type is set to text/xml. The already set value by the
ContentTypeFilter is overwritten always!

I'm not sure but this could be the reason why the admin interface
breaks completely in IE (had a similar behavior once before)
