- rename the classes WorkflowAPI and its friends
During the development process we introduced a lot of inconsistencies. As a first step (for 3.0) I reduced the complexity by making out of the WorkflowAPI and the OWFEBean a simple Util class.
Subclassing was not possible since the instantiations were hard coded. Therefore I think it's OK to do that simplification. Never else the most of the methods were never used.
