one remark: we should avoid creation of new jsps in the admin
central since we like to remove any jsp from the admin central as
soon as possible. Please use the Pages instead (the page is
templated in free marker). You can have a look at the DeveloperUtil
(...ai.pages) as an example. It is very simple and straight.
