Activation of node trees does not work properly

- In Jetty /webapps installed /mg3_3345 and later /mg3_3397
- changed subscribers to activate from 3345 to 3397
- right-click on a folder and select 'Activation ing. sub nodes'
- the folder is activated, but not the sub nodes
- Activating a node works fine
Not sure if that helps, but I have the feeling this happens always when trying
to activate a 'folder' with sub nodes.
