Since that does not seem to interest that many people, I'll just
switch the dates in the dialog to be according to the timezone of
the server and feed the proper dates to the TimeBasedActivation
command.
Done.
Let's do this for 3.0 and make a 3.1 jira tasks where we define the
better solution:
- user timezone
- user country (formatting)
- timezone sensitive date control
- timezone insensitive date control
Done.
