Yes, sure (the posted one is the simpler default workflow I thought).
The scheduled flow can base on it (or should we define only one?).
Maybe calling command-timebaseactivate in the flow below to make
things easier to understand ?
Since this command again would launch a flow I think we should do
this directly inside the workflow as it is done in the
scheduledActivation flow.
