link paragraph should use uuid instead of path

the fckEditor saves the links using the uuid but the simple link paragraph does
not. This sounds like an easy one but is a little bit tricky since the save
handler does not know that we are storing a link instead of a common String.
There is a currently workaroung and I will applay it for this link sample
paragraph.
