could make it cleaner to point to http://openwfe.org/flowdef.xsd instead of
http://www.openwfe.org/flowdef_r1.5.0.xsd
and it would actually reflect the fact that Magnolia is using OpenWFE 1.7.x and
not OpenWFE 1.5.0
