Summary: I18n: incomplete or missing translations ? (was: I18n,I was
modified language from 'en' to 'zh_CN',throw Exception,and restart failed)
Seems that the chinese translations are either incomplete or missing.
I don't think the exception you saw has anything to do with this though: please
open another ticket if it still an issue, or use the user's list for help (or
the appropriate channel if you have a support contract)
