We need to fix small issues to make it work under websphere app server 6.1
together with magnolia websphere module
- FilterManager fails to extract definitions
- request.getPathInfo() does not follow servlet specs as a result magnolia cms
filter fails to handle page requests
- on webapp restart ManagedCacheManager tries to register MBean without
checking for existence
- IllegalAccessException on MgnlCommand.execute (when pooling) if the command
constructor is not public
- Cache and resource dispatchers does not set response status
